Androit Resources Inc - Exploring and Developing Gold, Silver and Antimony Projects in Italy.

Adroit’s Historical Overview

The Central Italy Project is an exploration project for epithermal-style gold-silver-antimony deposits in Grosseto Province, Italy. The gold-silver-antimony mineralization in is largely hosted by silicified carbonate rock, termed jasperoid, which may be localized by either shallowly or steeply dipping faults. Evidence suggests that the gold mineralization took place in the epithermal environment, although whether one or two types of epithermal system were operative in Tuscany requires additional study.

Jasperoid-hosted mineralization elsewhere in the world, including many examples in Nevada, attains economic importance. The dimensions of the known mineralized zones within the main concession areas in Tuscany are sufficiently large to host one or more gold deposits (R. Sillitoe, 2006). Although it is known that gold values are widely distributed, further work is needed to properly test the gold tenor.

The exploration concept for the search for epithermal gold and related minerals was first developed in 1986 by geologists of RIMIN, the base and precious mineral exploration company part of the ENI Group (which includes the state-owned AGIP oil company). Following the abandonment of all mineral exploration and mining activities by ENI in 1992, Etruscan Gold Exploration Pty. Ltd., Italian Gold Fields Ltd. acquired a number of tenements in 1996-2004 and carried out some limited follow-up work in the most prospective areas delineated by ENI. In 2005, Adroit Resources Inc. purchased three (3) exploration permits from Italian Gold Fields Ltd. Adroit Resources subsequently applied for additional properties and in 2006 commenced field exploration activities.

The work program proposes the continuation of the exploration activities in one of the most gold prospective areas in southern Europe. Immediate activities are being focused on better geological definition of the prospects in order to define specific targets for trenching or augering and eventual selection of drill sites.

In 2003 Italian Gold Fields Ltd., a company registered in the United Kingdom, decided to apply for exploration permits to cover the most promising areas previously identified, namely Frassine, Poggio Fogari and Poggio Pietricci. The properties were granted to Italian Goldfield Ltd in August 2004.

In October 2004, Adroit Resources Inc. (hereafter the Company) signed a letter of intent to acquire 100% of the Central Italy Gold Project from Italian Gold Fields Ltd. and on March 18th, 2005 the Company announced the completion of the purchase subject to final regulatory approval.

Italian Gold Fields Limited is owned by Mr. Andrew Bell (a former director of Adroit) and Bellmin Limited. Bellmin Limited is owned 60% by interests connected with Mr. Andrew Bell and Mr. Julian Lee and 40% by the RAB Special Situations Fund which is an insider of the Company. The consideration for the acquisition is 300,000 common shares (issued July 24, 2006) of the Company with a twelve month hold period commencing on Exchange approval for the transaction (June 30, 2006) and the Company is required to spend not less that $250,000 within the 24 month period commencing with the issue of the Company’s shares.

The owners of the project retain a 1% NSR and the Company will have the right to purchase the NSR for $1,000,000 at any time up to one year after the date on which a bankable feasibility study is prepared.

Dr. Mehmet F. Taner, Ph.D., P. Geo was appointed to prepare a geological report in the form prescribed by National Instrument 43-101 on the property. Dr. Taner is a qualified person by the definitions of National Instrument 43-101.

The Company received Italian Government approval for the assignment of the three exploration tenements from the Italian Gold Fields Limited on January 29, 2006 and in October 2006, the Company received TSX Venture Exchange acceptance for the acquisition of 100% of the Central Italy Gold Project.

The six Tuscany exploration permits, listed hereafter, were granted to the Company in June 2006:

In June 2006 the Company made applications to acquire two (2) additional properties in Tuscany/Central Italy. The properties are believed to be prospective for epithermal gold and related mineral deposits. The two areas applied for, the Incrociata permit of 1,008 hectares and Le Carpinelle permit of 1,294 hectares, are contiguous with the Pietratonda permit granted in June 2006. The three permits together total 3,135 hectares.

In October 2006 the Company made application for an additional exploration permit totalling 246 ha. This permit, called Faggio Scritto, brings the Company’s total holding of permits, granted and applied for, in Central Italy to 7,414 ha. Faggio Scritto is contiguous to the Company’s Poggio Pietricci property, extending the combined holding to 1,015 ha. The property is prospective for gold and antimony. Exploration on the property, conducted by the Anglo American and AGIP joint venture between 1987 and 1991, identified a large gold-in-soil anomaly that was never tested. Faggio Scritto also hosts part of a large antimony mineralization identified during an intensive drilling campaign in 1983 by a local mining company called Samim. Samim estimated an open resource of nearly 500,000 tons at 1.6% antimony (Sb) wrapped in an (open) lower-grade envelope of 2.3million tons at 0.61% Sb. The other part of the resource is located on the adjacent Poggio Pietricci property, currently held by the Company. The resource estimate and the historical data are non-conformable with National Instrument 43-101 and these historical references have not yet been independently verified by the Company.

In March 2007 the Company made application to acquire four additional properties totalling 1,364 hectares in Central Italy that host historic antimony deposits and are prospective for Gold. The areas applied for, the Monticchio (236ha), I Salaioli (530ha), Tafone Sud (340ha) and Montauto (258ha) permits, are all situated within the Manciano and Scansano areas. The Company already holds two permits in Manciano area, namely Poggio Pietricci Podere Banditella and Faggio Scritto permit.
